Not recieving RMS verification codes

Hi!
From about a week I encounter a problem logging on to RMS. I don’t receive any verification codes. My mailbox is half empty. I have checked SPAM and other folders as well. Is there some kind of problem at this time? Maintenance on servers maybe?

There should be no problems in receiving RMS verification codes.

Could you please confirm if you have been using the same email address for verification and if there were no issues previously?

Yes, I am using the same e-mail for verification. There were no issues before. I was chcecking today and it started to work properly. But I didn’t get any previous verification e-mails from last week. Today I got first verification e-mail since that time.

I am facing the same issue currently, neither me or my sys admins are able to connect to their RMS account. The 2FA is not being sent for over 2 days already. We simply can not login in our systems and this is causing a huge stress…

Can we get a fix on this pls?


We receive the message saying the email was sent, but no actual email was received, we also did check spam folder, email reception status and all is good on our side.

Once working again switch MFA method to MFA App (e.g. Microsoft Authenticator) and you’ll never have these issues again.
