Not able to manage device

I am not able to activate the management service for devices from child companies in RMS.
When I activate the management service for my devices in child company, I receive a notification: No available credit.
Although the parent company has 201 credits left.
When i activate use parent credits under the parent company, the toggle switch turns on, but as soon as i leave the page and come back, the toggle switch is off. i have already tested it with other browsers. Unfortunately no solution.

Do you see the options shown in the screenshot below in Administration → Companies?

Additionally, please ensure that Company options are present and selected in the Companies table settings:

If these options are missing, try resetting the table settings.
