No Low Signal Reconnect config on TRB256

Hello Team,

I have a TRB256 where I would like to set up the Low Signal Reconnect configuration for my mobile connection, according to the wiki at TRB256 Mobile - Teltonika Networks Wiki this should be present in the web console, however it is missing from the UI in my case. I am running the following firmware versions:

• Device: TRB2M_R_00.07.17.5
• Modem: BG95M4LAR02A02

Is it possible that this option was added to the documentation by mistake and is not available for the TRB256 yet?

You can find this feature on the WebUI under Network → Mobile → Connection.

For testing purposes, could you please download a backup of your configuration (to avoid losing your settings) by following this guide: TRB256 Maintenance - Teltonika Networks Wiki
Then, perform a factory reset of the device using the steps here: https://wiki.teltonika-networks.com/view/TRB256_Device_Recovery_Options#Factory_reset

After that, please check if the issue still persists and let me know the results.

Hi Marija,

Apologies for the delayed response. Since the device is currently in production, we don’t want to do a factory reset at the moment. For now we have added a second SIM card and enabled the SIM switch to circumvent this issue. We will see if we can replace it with a different device while we troubleshoot this issue.
