My problem is that I can access the router (192.168.1.1 and also 10.10.10.1) within the local network (via LAN or WLAN), but not any other local device within that network. The “isolation” in the network is deactivated. What’s strange is that it doesn’t change anything when I enable or disable client isolation.
From a laptop via LAN and Wi-Fi and with an Android smartphone.
History: I was using a RUT360, which I replaced with a RUTM51. I copied the entire configuration 1:1 to the RUTM51 (manually). I set up a guest network – exactly according to the instructions from teltonika – and use the two preset WLANs for 2.5 and 5 GHz. All local devices in the guest network and the primary network also have an external connection via the router (e.g., Shelly Cloud, internet radio, etc.). However, I can’t access devices in the guest network or the regular network via browser (80) or even through apps (e.g., UNDOK for internet radio) - the message “Device not reachable” appears. Ping works, though.
Neither via LAN nor via WLAN.
No additional firewall rules are set up either.
I’ve completely reset the router several times and redone everything. It’s still a problem.
Does anyone have any idea what the difference is between the configuration on a RUT360 and a RUTM51? Of course, the RUTM51 has 5GHz WLAN and a second SIM card for configuration, but what else?
Thanks for your support.
The event log also only contains normal entries (client logins and logoffs).
