I’m a new RUTX50 owner After installing the device and 5g SIM i’m getting higher speeds and lower ping on speedtest.net than with my previous LTE router on PC, but netflix and TV apps on smart TV have started to lag as if data doesn’t get through or something. This never happened with old LTE router. one of the TV apps even displayed on the screen that “network is of Poor quality” but RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, RSSI are all good or excellent.
Could this be something in my settings i need to change or is my router faulty?

There was a similar topic here Issue with Mobile Network Connection - RUTX50 - 5G N78 band where a mobile connection was dropping under high throughput. It might be useful to check, as some helpful suggestions were provided.
As I understand, the issue doesn’t occur during speed tests but only when using video streaming apps. Would it be possible to provide any logs in .txt format from System → Maintenance → Troubleshoot System log → Show section after the issue reoccurs?
Additionally, which RutOS firmware is currently installed on your RUTX50? If it’s an older one, I recommend updating it to the latest available RUTX_R_00.07.12.3 release.

The latest software was installed yesterday. it shows one more install possible, but when i click on it i get error.
The available update is for the internal modem, so in this case, you should select Firmware Type – Modem and update it from the server.
