Network error message in FOTA WEB

Hi Support,

With certain users of the fota web interface, we get an message in the bottom corner: Network error in FOTA WEB"
"
It happens randomly, so most of the times the users can work with your application but let say 1out of 10 times we get the error message.

CAn you help us with this,because we can’t find the cause?
