I am trying to update an FMB900 device. Its current firmware is very old: 01.00.22. I downloaded the latest 04.xx BASE firmware, but the Configurator gives an “Invalid firmware” error because the jump is too big. I also tried 03.25, but it also fails.
Could you please provide me with the intermediate firmware (03.18.15 or similar) and the corresponding old Configurator version needed to make the first jump?

Apologies, but this is a very old firmware version and it cannot be provided directly through the Crowd Support platform.
I recommend opening a support ticket through the Helpdesk portal. If you do not have access to the portal, please contact your seller or Teltonika Sales Manager. They will be able to assist you in creating a support request or contacting us on your behalf so that we can provide the required firmware and help you update the device to the latest supported version.
