I have a brand new TCR100 I just received from Amazon. As part of the initial set up, I upgraded the firmware via the server update to the latest version available, namely TCR1_R_00.07.08.2. Now the router is no longer working saying that the modem is not found!
Last week the same issue happened with a RUT241. After upgrading to the latest version, the router was no longer working with the same error message!
Please advise.

Have you tried the recovery options yet? If not, please start with a factory reset: TCR100 Device Recovery Options - Teltonika Networks Wiki. If the issue persists, try uploading the firmware via the bootloader menu: TCR100 Device Recovery Options - Teltonika Networks Wiki.

There is no try! You guys have a big issue with the latest version of the firmware you released. Two different routers failing the same way. I am not your QA team! You test the darn firmware first and then you tell us what to install.
