A modem firmware is available but updating fails. Is it possible to do the modem update over 4G? I accidently pressed update assuming it was the router firmware. Luckily the router came back online…

I have the same problem on a RUTX12. Primary modem has updated, but update of the Secondary modem keeps failing. No further explanation or error code.
