Most of the time we can read the data, but it will fail sometimes. When it fails read data, it will not recover until we re-enable the Modbus TCP to serial gateway.

The first thing I’d suggest is updating your firmware to the latest version, TRB1_R_00.07.11.2, if possible, preferably without selecting the “Keep Settings” option. This is because several improvements were made to the Modbus TCP to Serial Gateway functionality in the newer firmware, which could help resolve the intermittent data reading failures you’re encountering.
