I have a new RUT240 router that came with a US power adapter. After going through all the setup wizards, everything seemed to configure correctly. However, the mobile module doesn’t detect any operators. When I insert the same SIM card into my phone, it works perfectly, but the Teltonika router can’t find any mobile networks.

Could you go to Status→System page and check Internal modem Model because it’s possible what modem only supports US bands (based on US power adapter you mentioned) and not EU/Asia.

Yes, as I mentioned during the hotline call, they said that once they find my message, they will get in touch and will need the troubleshooting file, which is private. So yes, it would be good to resolve this issue if possible.
