On TRB500
I get said error and the internet connection is dropping frequently.
Cannot say with full confidence if the cause is a firmware update
Firmware TRB500_R_00.07.15.2 successfully upgraded to TRB500_R_00.07.16.3
because the bad connectivity today was probably before that update already.
Might as well be some hiccup on the mobile provider side - have no means how to check that. Any ideas what the reason could be or what I could try to alleviate the situation?
You can check the logs on the TRB500 through the WebUI by navigating to System → Maintenance → Troubleshoot and downloading the System Logs file. In that section, you can also find the Kernel Logs.
Let me know if you need any help analyzing the logs.
Hello and thanks for your fast response. After these problems persisted, I went to the nearest O2 office who confirmed, that O2 had country-wide outages yesterday. So these problems were definitely not device-related.
