Management pack assigned to wrong serial number

hi all,
I have an issue with management pack. My customer assigned for error 3 management packs to a wrong serial number. After assigning it deleted the wrong device and re-create with the right serial.
Now the management packs are used and not available.
How is possible to recover the management packs and re-assign to the right devices?
