Mac filter on rut906 router

Dear Guys.

I’m using RUT906 Router.

In my Network, some device connect to RUT906 via wireless of Router, some others connect to RUT906 via LAN1, LAN2, LAN3 on RUT906.

In the manual, I see RUT906 can create MAC Filter list for device connect to wireless connection.
So, Can I create MAC Filter list for device connect to LAN1, LAN2, LAN3 connection

Best and Regards.

Hello,

To clarify, unfortunately, there is no built-in MAC filter feature for devices connected to the LAN ports on the router. However, your goal could likely be achieved by configuring traffic rules. For example, you could create a rule to block all traffic originating from the LAN interface and then add additional rules to allow traffic only from specific MAC addresses. This way, only the devices with the MAC addresses you specify would have access to the internet. More information/guidelines on traffic rules can be found here:

Could you please clarify if this matches your intended setup? If not, kindly provide a bit more detail about what you’d like to achieve.

Best regards,
