Lost unique default password - Silver product label removed (TRB245)

Hello Teltonika Community,

I am locked out of my TRB245 gateway. The previous user physically removed the silver product sticker from the back of the casing, so I cannot see the randomized default admin password.

I have already performed a hardware factory reset and successfully flashed the official firmware using the Bootloader Recovery Menu (192.168.1.1). However, the universal password ‘admin01’ does not work, meaning this unit belongs to a newer batch with a unique default password.

I need assistance from a Teltonika moderator or support engineer to retrieve the default password for this specific device.

I’m affraid that, without a record of the default password, you are out of luck - even Teltonika are unable to assist you, if it’s a unique default password.
