Linking RMS-Account to company

Hello,
I have a new user, to whom I’ve sent an invitation and who created his RMS-Account.
He does not see any devices in his RMS-Dashboard and seems to be linked to a different company. How can I change it so his user is linked to our company?

To achieve this, the RMS accounts need to be deleted so they can be invited to another company via email. We can assist you with this process, but we need some sensitive information from you. I have sent you a form to fill out. Once completed, I will contact you privately. For the ticket ID, please use “14353”.
