To receive firmware files, updater and documentation on devices, please contact your sales manager. If you don’t have any contacts with our Sale managers, please contact with them on our official website https://teltonika-gps.com/ and click on the “Contact Us” button. When you will click, please fill the form and submit it.
You can usually find firmware on this site: Firmware versions - Wiki Knowledge Base | Teltonika GPS but since this is End of life product please do as mentioned above to receive the firmware

Yes GH3000 is not available there since it is an end of life product so as mentioned above you need to contact your sales manager.
