I concluded that for EYE APP version 1.5.0-108, the firmware version 1.2.11 R9 should be available for update for the BTSMP1 Sensor.
Currently, I have two BTSMP1 Sensors with firmware 1.2.9 R10, but the EYE APP version 1.5.0-108 does not offer the option to update them.
I found an older version of the app — EYE APP 1.4.0-103 — which showed that firmware version 1.2.10 was available (not 1.2.11 R9), but still did not allow the update.
After updating the sensor firmware, I reinstalled the latest EYE APP version 1.5.0-108 and confirmed that the latest firmware 1.2.11 R9 is correctly displayed.
Main question:
How can I update the second BTSMP1 Sensor (firmware 1.2.9 R10 to actual version 1.2.11 R9) without going through all these steps of reinstalling different versions of the EYE APP?

Hi Patrick, as per your request, I contacted support three days ago to have an HD Ticket created, but there’s been no response yet. I’ll wait for the app update in the Google Play Market and for any announcements here on the forum, so that other sensor owners can also be aware of when the issue is resolved.
This is not a simple problem that users can send individual tickets. It is a global issue and Teltonika should take serious action to fix this problem and release a new version with the fixes on Google Play.
