Issue with LAN-to-LAN on RUT200

I am using RUT200 devices to create a LAN-to-LAN connection to the Vigor2925 (the main modem). I use these RUT200 devices to monitor the parameters of PLCs installed in different countries.

The issue I am facing is that the RUT200 devices installed in Vietnam (where the Vigor2925 is located) are working perfectly. However, the RUT200 devices in other countries cannot connect to this Vigor device.

Could you please advise me on what to check and how to resolve this issue?

I’m using RUT200: E24-10R-06 (which shows on nameplate).

Could you please clarify what you mean by “in other countries cannot connect”? Which specific countries are you referring to?
