I am experiencing an issue with my TRB500 gateway (firmware version TRB500_R_00.07.07.2, latest update retrieved automatically on 2024.06.10 10:51). When I configure a custom APN instead of using the auto-APN setting, the internet connection works correctly.
However, after restarting the device (power cycle), the APN setting reverts to its default value. This requires me to manually log into the configuration page and set the APN again each time the device is rebooted.
Could you please advise on how to ensure that the custom APN setting is retained after a reboot? Is this a known issue, or is there a specific configuration step that I might be missing?
