Ipsec VPN Tunnel

I am new to Teltonic routers. Recently I have purchased a RUTX50 and an OTD500 router. I am trying to set up an IPSec VPN from HO to the branch location, but for some reason the VPN is not turning up. Can someone help me with this? I have a static IP on the HO side.

Hi, I configured according to the configuration example. The tunnel is up, but I could not ping to both sides. Please let me know any further details needed

I have deleted one screenshot that contained a public IP address, that is sensitive information, please refrain from posting it publicly.

Could you please clarify the following:

• What exactly are you trying to ping? Is it a router that is on the other side of the tunnel or is it a device that in this router’s LAN (behind the router)
• Which way the ping does not come through?
• Does both ends of the tunnel have a public IP address?
• Could you please provide us with a topology or scheme of your network? Please exclude any personal data like public IP addresses.
