Invitation Issue in RMS

Hello,

I am unable to invite a new user in RMS. In the administration section, specifically under “Users” and “Invitations,” I sent out an invitation, but my colleague hasn’t received anything. We have also checked the spam folder, but nothing has arrived.

Could you please advise me on where the issue might be?

What email server are you using? Does it support TLS?

If it is some restricted network, does it allow IP addresses from AWS?
