Invitation Issue in RMS 2

Hello,

I am unable to invite a new user in RMS. In the administration section, specifically under “Users” and “Invitations,” I sent out an invitation, but my colleague hasn’t received anything. We have also checked the spam folder, but nothing has arrived.

Could you please advise me on where the issue might be?

The invitation emails are sent through which mail server?

Hello,

Please ensure that your email server is using TLS, as well as allows IP addresses from AWS SES service. You can find those online, or if you are using a linux machine, via the following command:

dig TXT amazonses.com +short| grep 'v=spf1'
