Invalid backup on the latest firmware

As the title say, if i create a back-up and right away i want to restore from that back-up, i receive message:

Invalid backup

The selected backup file is not compatible with this device, please choose another file.
Unsuccessful upload
My device is RUTM10 with the latest firmware: RUTM_R_00.07.11.1
Encripted or not, the error is the same.

I have just tested this by creating a backup file and uploading it to the same RUTM10 device running firmware version 7.11.2 and encountered no issues. Could you please try performing this with the latest firmware version? You can download it here: RUTM10 Firmware Downloads. Let me know if you still experience the issue.

If the issue persists:

  1. Please provide a screenshot showing the error.
  2. From System → Maintenance → Troubleshoot, download a troubleshoot file. If needed, I will provide instructions on how to send it to us.
  3. Try resetting the device for testing purposes and replicating the issue. Let me know if this resolves the problem.

Nevermind… i have returned the product and moved to Unifi.
