Hi,
I have a fixed IPv4, I don’t change anything and I’m unable to access the router from external.
Is’t possible somewhere to see if there the conanction arrives to the router and if it rejects it or doesn’t answer?
The call to the adress http://{myIpAdress} is in time-out.
Thanks for answer

Hi,
Did you enable Enable remote HTTP/HTTPS access in WebUI?

Greetings, Marc,
Thank you for your question,
Could you please clarify if the remote access of the device is enabled? You can find these settings in System → Administration → Access Control , make sure the HTTP/HTTPS access is enabled as shown in the screenshot.
If these options are enabled, you should be able to reach your device remotely using your public IP address.
Also, could you please clarify the following:
Are you getting any error messages while trying to connect to your device remotely?
Were you able to access your device in the past using the external IP address?
Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Kind regards,
V.

I try to answer by mail but I don’t see my answer.
The problem was in the configuration of the APN of my eSIM, it was ok for some countries but not for where I am, I change the APN and all is ok now.
Thank a lot!
