I have added 1 RMS credit to my device (RUT240) but still it don't connect

I have added 1 RMS credit to my device (RUT240) but still it don’t connect to RMS

I don’t understand I have added the credit through the following windows by toggling SERVICE ON

But still nothing appear, my credit is used, and my RUT240 do not connect to RMS.

I am disappointed by this system of credit not working no my device.

Do I have to register the device and unregister the device at it seems to solve many problems in other issues exhibited in this platform?

Re-registering your device in RMS might indeed be helpful. If that doesn’t work, I would suggest updating your current legacy firmware to the latest version (RUT2XX_R_00.01.14.7), which you can download from here: RUT240 Firmware Downloads, and then upgrading to the newest (RUT2_R_00.07.06.16) RutOS firmware.

Additionally, could you please confirm if your device has an active internet connection?

Ok, I have re-registered the device, It didn’t worked.

Then I sent the command “admin_password fw_upgrade”, and then it worked.
