yes, I received the email and also sent a reply, the system wrote to me that Thank you for submitting the Support form. so I send again and again it went fine

This HubSpot thingie is a nightmare from a communicational point of view.
So unreliable.

Please consider another and more reliable CRM/Helpdesk solution with no “I didn’t receive your email” - in both directions by the way!

I have no idea what you mean? feel free to communicate by email but solve my problem. it’s been 10 days since I can’t access my RMS dock modem and you still can’t help me. you keep making excuses and excuses just deal with it. I don’t have your address in spam or junk mail. everything else works normally, I get ads from you, but your two-step verification code just doesn’t work for me.
