how to test from the teltonika configurator that the iridium is activated and transmits the satellite signal (transmission and reception)
Good day, please connect the FMC125 to the terminal and look into the SBD and Iridium logs.
Note: In able for the idirium to send records into the iridium satellite system make sure that the SIM does not have signal or remove the SIM to activate the Iridium.
After that check the iridium platform if you are able to received the packets.
Here are some sample logs from FMX125 that contains Iridium confirmation that It send records to the Iridium server.

I use Traccar server but I don’t know if it supports Iridium Edge and what is the port number? I removed the sim but there is not always the satellite signal from the Iridium server. where exactly am I going to check the Iridium signal? in the traccar server or in the teltonika configurator? because in the traccar server logs no reception of iridium when I remove the sim
You need to have iridium edge subscription, kindly contact your sales regarding this, the data will be available in the iridium edge platform.
If you want to check if the FMC125 is sending the records to the iridium edge platform please check it through terminal.
Connect the FMC125 modem here and you will be able to received logs from the device. and check for the IRIDIUM messages just like what I have shared.

Hi @Maynard , Thanks a lot for your assistance. We have already Iridium edge subscription.
Now i think Fmc 125 is sending the records to the Iridium edge platform
but in my traccar platform, the device or unit is not always online and in the logs no transmission. what can I still do? Thanks

You need to configure that into the iridium edge platform, you need to forward the data that you received from iridium platfrom to traccar, also check with your platform provider if they already supported iridium
