How to send device NAME over TCP connection before start send serial data?

RUT955 is my device, I would like to send the device name at the first connection. then it start to send serial data. I can set up my device to send serial data over IP . but It doesn’t send Device NAME.

Hello,

Our devices are designed to operate as a “transparent” relay of the serial connection over TCP/IP. This means we do not alter the serial data, rather encapsulate it in a TCP packet and send it where needed. We do not currently have such a feature to send custom data using the Serial over IP module.
