How to I transfer RMS credits to new device

Hi,

I have just upgraded my Teltonika RUXT09 to the RUTX50. My old device still has 13 credits applied to it; how can I transfer these to my new device? I can only find an option to transfer credits between companies.

Hi,

Credits aren’t tied directly to a device. Instead, they’re drawn from a general credit pool when renewal is needed (every month). So, don’t worry about it. Just disable the RUTX09 credit auto-extend or remove the device from RMS if it’s no longer necessary. The remaining credits will be available to RUTX50.
