How to forse RMS Connection with router in standby mode

Good morning,
is there a way to force a router RUT241 or RUT956, in a standby state (expired token), to connect to the RMS from the RMS page?
The router had an expired token, I just renewed it, but now that the router is in “standby” mode and will try to reconnect in 6 hours to the RMS, is there a command from the RMS page to force the reconnection faster without having to wait for the router to make the attempt? thanks

Good afternoon,

You can force RMS connection in two ways.

If you have local connection to the device, you can go to WEBUI Services → Cloud solutions and restart the connection there.

Alternatively, you can utilize our mobile utilities functionality. RUT241 Mobile Utilities - Teltonika Networks Wiki
You can send a text message to the device’s Sim card’s phone number, with certain commands.

rms_on
