Apologies for the confusion. The video you have linked seems to be outdated, and we have recently released a new video on RMS credits and management packs. The part about creating RMS codes starts at 5:56:
RMS credits can be added to your account by pressing on your profile icon, and selecting Activate codes option from the drop-down menu.
