I am using FMM650 but I need to configure it to communicate with Thingboard. The best way seems to be MQTT. I tried to just activate MQTT in the menu but nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?
Good Day,
The FMM650 device does support data transmission over MQTT, however this functionality is currently limited to AWS IoT and Azure IoT integrations. Support for custom MQTT brokers is not available, which is why the data is not being transmitted in your current setup.
As an alternative, you can use the TCP protocol to send data to ThingsBoard.
Thanks, and best regards,
Imran S
In the configurator, I do see the MQTT option and I can choose AWS IOT Custom. Are you saying this feature is not enabled?
From my discussions with Thingsboard, I need an added server to support TCP. If the FMM650 could send MQTT, I could send direct to Thingsboardā¦
Thanks for your input!
