I own 2 FMB003 and one FMC003. While the FMBs came with battery connected, the FMC did not. I opened it, inserted the simcard and connected the battery. Then I connected it with the USB cable to my computer. How long does it take until the LED is blinking? Shouldn’t it blink when I connect it to USB?

That’s not really a reply to my question. It took quite some time when connected to a car and it does not work, when connected to USB. Not great to work all the time via Bluetooth in the car instead of sitting at a computer and configuring.

Sorry for the confusion, Do you mean the FMC003 didn’t power on even though you installed the battery?
Can you try to connect it to a power supply with the OBD cable and see if it will power on?

No, I connected the battery and the device first started, when I connected it to a car (and started the engine). Everything worked but yesterday the device went completely down (car was just standing about 5 hours).
