how do i open the device to access the usbc and sims, is there a special tool

The FTM880 casing is designed to be water‑proof and to meet IP69K requirements, so the cover is intentionally quite tight.
Please note that once the cover is fully clipped in place, it may require additional plastic pry tools to open it again without damaging the housing. We strongly recommend not using metal tools, as they can deform the casing or compromise the waterproof seal.
