Horrible Connection & Customer Support / RUTM50

**i need a DIRECT phone call with Teltonika…**I have a production for disney in the next 4 days, and we cannot get out American RUTM50 connected to RMS.

  • yes already bought credits
    • yes applied to my rms account
  • yes linked my device to rms account
    • issue is RMS keeps saying that (server refuses connection. the device may be blocked or unidentified)
      i need a phone call ASAP!!!

i need someone to give me a phone call as soon as possible. forums and wiki is 2005…we are in 2025, a simple hotline for customers is needed.

Could you please check what is displayed in Services → Cloud Solutions → RMS in the WebUI next to Connection State?

  1. Try pressing the Connect button in the WebUI.
  2. Alternatively, you can send an SMS command [device password] rms_connect

Ensure that the router has an active internet connection.

If the issue persists, try unregistering and re-registering the device in RMS.

Additionally, make sure you have entered the device password, serial number, and LAN MAC address correctly.
