Gps locked out from accessing and modifying software

Dear Teltonika Team,

I’m writing to request personal FOTA WEB access for a Teltonika FMC920 GPS tracker I purchased secondhand.

The device has a configuration password (keyword) lock originally set by Gator Tracking, the reseller who provisioned it. I’ve contacted Gator Tracking asking them to either generate an unlock key for the device or transfer it to a FOTA WEB account under my name, but I haven’t been able to get this resolved with them directly.

Could you please advise on the best way to get FOTA WEB access set up so I can manage this device going forward? I’m happy to provide proof of purchase if that helps with verification.

Unfortunately, the unlock key can only be generated by the account under which the device is registered.
