Bumping the old thread because the problem still exists. And “windows only” is not clearly stated in product pages nor in product specs.
I got FMP100’s and got suprised by this.

With the current generation products such as FMx1, FMx9, FMx6 Series devices, the Teltonika Configurator support Windows only.
If you check the First Start Wiki Page of the FMP100 from the link, you’ll see PC Connection (Windows), How to install USB drivers (Windows), and Configuration (Windows) subsections which suggests that the Teltonika Configrator works on Windows only.
