I installed the FMB140 on a HardTop vehicle, but I can’t scan the program number.

Good day, please make sure that you were able to find the right CAN lines,

Note:
CAN H - 2.5 V above
CAN L - 2.5 V below

You can also check with your sales manager or via the helpdesk if the schematic diagram for your vehicle is available.
