FOTA Web access if I buy units from external seller

Hey, I’d like to know if I can get access for the FOTA Web even if I bought the units from an external seller.

Hi @czaded,

Thank you for reaching out! The external seller could create a sub-account on their existing Fota Account for the IMEIs that you have purchased from them. Else, they could directly contact with their Sales Manager to assist them on providing you access on Fota.
