Fota issue while transfer

Hello.

I would like to ask if there is a way to transfer a device from FOTA WEB from one company to another aside from using the token.
We have a client that we need to transfer a device to, however when he tries to create the token to receive the devices, he is getting an error screen ,and can not create the token.
I have the user email, however i have yet to find how to transfer the device using this.

Could you confirm the error you are get when creating the token?
The token is single use and expires in 21 days so might you you used an expired token?

You can follow the steps mentioned on the Teltonika wiki page ,FOTA WEB Devices - Teltonika Telematics Wiki and proceed to transfer the device from Company A to Company B using the token,

If you request another way, then devices can be sent to us by creating a helpdesk ticket. After verifying the purchase, we can transfer the devices to another company.

After a few days, the user was able to create the token, and the devices has been transferred.
However it would be interesting to check what could be the issue, and if this has happened to other FOTA users.

It seems it is a downtime from the FOTAWEB, if you experience this kind of issue, please contact your sales manager or create an HD ticket.
