Forgot Verification Code and Recovery Code

Good Morning,
I can’t log in RMS because i forgot my mobile phone and don’t have a verication code.
I have a new phone but need a QR code or Activation code in order to configure RMS account in the DuoMobile app.
Can you help me ?
