I have a problem with the FMP100-Device.
On the Status-Page the GSM Status says SIM Ready and Modem on.
But the GPRS Status is deactivated and no signal.
What is false?
Can anybody help me?

Hi,
Please try to configure the APN details of your SIM, also add the server details.
To test adjust the settings of movement make it high priority On change
Movement source should be accelerometer
After that try to move the device.
Once the movement is detected it should generate a record and will contact your server to send the records.
Note:
Please also check the ICCID details of the SIM if it is not detected maybe there is an issue with the SIM or with the device.
