FMM130 won't connect to the PC

Hello,
I’m trying to connect FMM130 on my desktop PC (Windows 10) with a micro USB cable. The device is connected to the power supply and on the PC with a micro USB cable. I even installed USB Drivers and Teltonika Configurator software, and even tried using 3 different micro USB cables, but still PC won’t recognise the device.
What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

Please check from the device manager if the COM port is detected

Then, download the latest firmware and configurator using this link: Firmware versions - Wiki Knowledge Base | Teltonika GPS (teltonika-gps.com)

Note: also check if there is any software or antivirus that prevents FMB device to be detected by the PC.
