As per the snippet shared, this does not appear to be an FMC130 device; it seems to be an FMM130 device instead.
I suggest using the link below to download an older configurator version and check whether the device is supported there. If the device is still not detected, please connect with your seller or your Teltonika sales manager for further assistance.
Also, since the device is not showing the IMEI number, there may be another issue affecting the device hardware or firmware.
