FMC920 data sending to TCP server

Hello, everyone! I recently purchased an FMC920 device to integrate with my platform solution, and I’m not using any third-party platforms like Flepsi—I’ve developed my own. However, I’m facing some challenges with the data transmission:

  1. The device sends data in binary form, and while I’ve coded a parser to convert this into a more usable format, the transmission is inconsistent. It sends data once, but then I need to change the location for it to transmit again.
  2. Additionally, the device keeps disconnecting from the configurator without any clear reason.

I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions to resolve these issues. Thank you!

Hello @Samide007

Please confirm whether you used the source code, listener, and parser provided by Teltonika, or did you implemented your own code for the integration.

If you have used your own platform, I recommend integrating it using the Teltonika device’s source code, along with the listener and parser.

Regarding point 2
Kindly recheck the USB cable to ensure it is properly connected to the device’s USB port and that there are no loose connection issues.
