FMC880 Ignition Notification Issue

I am having an issue with a clients FMC880.

The ignition-on notification is set by Ignition, but now alerts are being generated every 2 minutes while the vehicle is moving, even though the voltage remains between 13.2V and 30.00V. This problem has only appeared in the past few days, and no firmware or configuration settings have been changed. No other source such as movement is used to detect ignition on.

Please review recent device logs for voltage spikes, power resets, GNSS/GSM interruptions, and verify the FMC880 firmware status, as intermittent hardware or electrical issues can trigger false ignition events despite unchanged settings.
