I have an FMC650 that wont send data to the servers…i have tried several different settings and test and all has failed. The device shows GPRS Status as deactivated and wont send any data.

Is the dummy sim inserted? please use the dummy sim and make sure that the sim is detected by the device.
check if there is a broken sim from the simcard slot.
