FMC650 bi-directional communication

Hello,

is there a possibility for FMC650 send data to an external device via bluetooth, CAN, RS485 or RS232?
Or more specifically relay messages sent as and SMS or commands/data from servers that would later be relayed to external device via one (or multiple) interfaces mentioned above?

The garmin integration and CAN adapter seems like the only methods of sending data from tracker to external device, but these seem closed/proprietary.

Yours truly, F.

Yes, the FMC650 supports data transmission via Bluetooth, RS232, RS485, and CAN interfaces. While Garmin and CAN adapter integrations are more proprietary, custom communication—such as relaying SMS or server commands to external devices—is possible through RS232/RS485 using configured I/O protocols. Ensure firmware and configuration support the intended use case.

What are the command format or structure to send data to external device via sms or tcp? I couldn’t find that information in wiki. All of the protocols on COM ports (except Garmin) described in wiki still seem to treat connected external devices as sensors - meaning data only is received from the external device and transmitted to server, but no data is sent back to external device.
