FMC150 don't read can i/o

I connected a Teltonika FMC150 to a Toyota Land Cruiser 2025.
I wired CAN‑H and CAN‑L directly to the vehicle CAN lines.
I only receive CAN I/O (as shown in the attached photo).

No vehicle parameters such as RPM, speed, fuel, or odometer are coming
is there a specific configuration needed for Land Cruiser 2025 to decode full CAN data?

Please check the CAN IO settings to confirm which OEM file has been uploaded to your device. We recommend using the latest firmware version available on the wiki, Firmware versions - Teltonika Telematics Wiki as it includes the SCAN feature. This feature will display a list of supported OEM files compatible with your device, allowing you to select the appropriate one.

Also, ensure that:

  • You are checking the data while the engine is ON.
  • The CAN wires connected from the vehicle are correctly identified and connected to the proper CAN lines.
